The desk measured 6’ x 3’ it was made from American Oak edged with English Walnut and veneered with top grade Burr Walnut.

The top has been leathered with a hide and tooled with gold.
To the front each hand cut dovetailed drawer has been cockbeaded with Walnut, veneered in Burr Walnut and fitted with solid ‘antiqued’ brass handles.

The top drawers have leathered wooden slides that lift up onto stays to produce book rests. The slides can be pushed back to access the drawer below and returned to their closed position when the drawer is closed.

The back of the desk is fitted with lockable doors, behind one of which there are 3 oak lined drawers.

Behind the other cupboard door is storage space for a PC base unit.
